Saint Kitts & Nevis Passport
The St Kitts and Nevis citizenship by investment
program is the oldest in the world:
It was started in 1984. Since then, more than 20,000
applicants have obtained passports.
Investors contribute $125,000+ to the government
fund, purchase real estate for $200,000+, or make at
least $175,000 Public Benefit Investments. Real
estate investment can be put up for sale and sold in
5-7 years.
Investors do not take a language proficiency test or
a history test to obtain citizenship. There is no
residency requirement: applicants do not need to
arrive in St Kitts and Nevis before or after receiving
their passport.
Within the scope of the program, the spouse,
children, parents and siblings of the investor can
obtain passports. Also, St Kitts and Nevis citizenship
can be inherited and passed on to future
generations.
