Grenada

To obtain Grenada citizenship, investors choose one of two available investment options:

1. Non-refundable contribution to the National Transformation Fund – $150,000+ for a single applicant or $200,000+ for a family.
2. State-approved real estate purchase $220,000. The investment is put up for sale at the end of 5 years.

Requirements for investors under the Grenada citizenship program do not include language proficiency tests, history tests or visiting the country.
The procedure for obtaining a passport is completed remotely and takes a very short time.

Family members such as spouses, children, parents and siblings of investors can also obtain passports.
The Grenada citizenship by investment program was launched in 2013. The program rules are set out in the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act 15/2013.
